About these terms

These terms apply to your use of velivo.co (the "site"), run by [Velivo legal entity name] ("Velivo", "we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Veli is in development

Veli is a product in development. The demos, videos and examples on this site show planned capabilities and feature fictional businesses. They aren't a promise that any particular feature will be available, or available at any particular time.

The waitlist and early access

• Joining the waitlist is free and lets you receive updates and early access invitations.
• Joining doesn't guarantee access to Veli, a place in any beta, a release date or any particular price.
• Founding Member places are limited and offered at our discretion. Any benefits will be confirmed in writing when a place is offered.
• Please sign up once, using your own email address. We may remove sign-ups that look automated, fake or duplicated.

Sharing and referrals

You're welcome to share your personal waitlist link with people who might be interested. Please don't spam, mislead anyone or pay for sign-ups. Sharing doesn't entitle you to any payment or reward unless we've said so in writing.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to access it without permission, interfering with how it works, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.

Our content and brand

The site and everything on it, including the Velivo and Veli names, logos, demos, videos, images and text, belong to Velivo or our licensors. You may use the materials in our press and media kit to write about Velivo and Veli, following the guidance there. Please don't use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Links to other sites

The site may link to websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the site "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't give any warranties about it and we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top.

Governing law
